The grapes from the vineyard with reduced harvest were fermented and then ripened on all yeasts for 14 months in the new French oak barrels Francois Freres, where also the batonage and the malolactic fermentation took place. Wine of golden yellow color with aroma and taste of citrus fruits, transformed exotic fruits, butter biscuits and bisquit with a very well sensitively incorporated barrel.
For thicker soups, white meat dishes, cream sauces, pâtés and seafood, hard ripe cheeses.
