The grapes come from integrated production with controlled yields from vines over 50 years old. It fermented and aged for 10 months on all lees, without sulfur and without stirring, in French and Caucasian oak barrique barrels: Francois Freres MTG M+ TH- Rare, Seguin Moreau Classic, Seguin Moreau Caucas, Francois Freres FG MT. The aroma and flavor feature overripe plums and limes with a subtle touch of oak and spice, followed by a biscuit-like finish.
