Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of green-yellow to golden-yellow color with a slight pink tinge, spicy and honey aroma, with tones of tea roses, spices, raisins, violets. It matured for ten months in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing on yeast, which gave it fullness and extract. Fresh dry wine with a slight residual sugar and harmonious acidity and interesting minerality.
Best with onion cake or smoked fish, to accompany appetizers, especially pâtés. Even in this dry version is perfectly suited to spicy dishes, including Asian cuisine.
