KNĚŽSKÉ CHARDONNAY limited edition

A wine from a vineyard with a reduced harvest; it fermented and aged for 11 months on all its lees, without sulfur and without stirring, in several types of barrique barrels made from French and Krasnodar oak (Nadalie Per Blanche Fruité, Nadalie Per Blanche Floral, Seguin Moreau Caucas M+, François Frères MG MT Exklusif). A wine of greenish-yellow to golden color, with a full-bodied, mineral to quartz-like flavor featuring pronounced fruity notes of apple, pear, citrus fruits, quince, and vineyard peach, and a finish with a subtle touch of cinnamon, licorice, vanilla, and hazelnuts. A wine with long-term aging potential. It pairs excellently with cream of asparagus soup, octopus, or shrimp.
