Starokněžské red, quality label wine, dry, 2015

The grapes come from two vineyard tracks: Stará hora and Kněžské – hence the name Starokněžské, it is a coupé of three varieties and three different attributes: Cabernet Moravia quality, Cabernet Sauvignon late harvest and Merlot selection of grapes. Grapes from reduced yield are processed by controlled fermentation technology including malolactic fermentation followed by aging in a stainless steel tank. Light cabernet tones are accompanied by the aroma and taste of black currant and jost.

Recommendation:

Best with meat dishes with spicy sauces and fatty cheeses.
