Grapes from a vineyard with a reduced harvest, the wine was first fermented with non-saccharomyces yeasts METCHNIKOWA, then with specific saccharomyces yeasts for the Riesling variety. Fermentation and subsequent ageing on fine lees took place for nine months in stainless steel tanks, initially with regular stirring. The wine is pale greenish-yellow in colour, with aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon peel, marzipan and lime blossom. A fresh dry wine with a slight residual sugar of 2 g/litre and a fresh, harmonious acidity.


For poultry, cold starters, veal and freshwater fish.
