Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5°C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of green-yellow color with golden shades to amber reflections, with a distinctive aroma and taste of quince compote, dried apricots, marzipan and overripe mango. A fresh semi-sweet wine where the strong acidity fully harmonizes with the higher residual sugar and gives the potential for longer bottle aging and further positive development.
Best with lighter poultry preparation, cold starters and veal, poultry livers, freshwater fish and sweet desserts.
