Grapes from a vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3 to 5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days, which then matured for 18 months in Alier French oak barrels specifically produced for Chardonnay. Pure intense aroma with a touch of ripened jam, overripe mango and lychee, supported by light toasted barrels, aftertaste cinnamon, coconut, cream, white chocolate. The taste is very juicy, with distinct fruitiness, peaches, apricots, mirabelle plums, mulberry, honey, lychee. Wine with only 11% alcohol, with fresh acidity.
Best with goose liver mousse with fig sauce with baked banana and strawberry, it is great with cheesecake with forest berries and vanilla sauce. Comes perfectly with stewed pineapple with grated white chocolate. Also try with blue cheese.
