Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5°C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of intense, bright yellow color with greenish reflections, pure, more spicy aroma with tones of yellow compote fruit, mulberry, pickled pumpkin and apricot and candied ginger. Full wine with a long after-taste and harmonious acidity.
Best with chicken-leg stews in white wine with green peas or zander roasted in foil with cream and curry rice. Elegantly complemented with savory matured cheeses.
