Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5°C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days, with controlled fermentation. Wine of golden yellow color, slightly spicy aroma with hints of white currant, gooseberry and pomelo, maracuja juice, mango and ripe citrus. Massive semi-sweet wine with harmonious acidity.
Try with lentil salad with fine goat cheese and roasted tomatoes or blanched rabbit back with confit garlic.
