The grapes from the vineyard with reduced yield, the wine matured on fine sludge for nine months in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing. Wine of light green-yellow color with emerging golden shades, with a wide range of aromas and flavors of apple, lemon peel, quince, apricot marzipan and linden blossom. Fresh dry wine with a slight residual sugar of 0.5 g/liter with ripe, fresh acid, which gives it the basis for further bottle aging.
Best with lighter poultry preparation, cold starters and veal. We also recommend it with trout and other freshwater fish.
