Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield, shrubs of clone “777”, which is considered one of the best clones of Pinot noir. Grapes processed by controlled fermentation technology including malolactic fermentation followed by aging in old oak barrels. Intense aroma with tones of dried stone fruit, plum jam and marzipan. In the aftertaste the wine is slightly velvety with fruity finish and soft acidity.
Fits with veal cheeks, deer, white mold cheeses on the surface of Hermelín, Camenbert type etc..
