Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for two days. Golden-yellow wine with neutral fruity tones, fine tones of orange in taste combined with a touch of hones. It matured for ten months in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing on yeast, which lent it fullness and smoothness. Wine with fresh, acid and interesting minerality.

Recommendation:

Best with heavier spicy foods or fish specialties. It is also suitable for heavier poultry preparation and thicker soups.
