Grapes from the vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method. Wine of pinkish color with fruity tones, soft orange tinge, flavor associated with honey, vanilla, cinnamon and well-composed barrel. Fermented and matured for fourteen months in new barrique barrels with regular mixing on yeast, which gave it fullness and smoothness. Targeted malolactic fermentation with pure bacterial cultures. Wine with harmonic acidity and interesting minerality.

Recommendation:

Best with heavy spicy meals or fish specialties. It is also advisable with heavier poultry recipes and thicker soups.
