Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of golden yellow color with soft pink reflection, with fruity tones of overripe apple, pear, mango and honey, with fullness and softness, with long after-taste. Wine with fresh, steel acid and interesting minerality.


Best with heavier spicy foods or fish specialties, poultry and thicker soups and desserts.
