KNĚŽSKÉ SAUVIGNON 2023

This wine comes from a vineyard with a reduced yield of 1.67 kg per vine. It fermented and aged for 11 months on all its lees, without sulfur and without stirring, in several types of French oak barrique barrels (Nadalie Per Blanche Fruité, Mercurey ST Haute Futaie, Francois Freres MTG M+). Light greenish-yellow color; intense aromas of gooseberry shoots and fruit on the nose; flavors of grapefruit, nectarines, orange peel, marzipan, tropical fruit, and passion fruit. The finish features fresh acidity and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon cookies. Pairs well with grilled goat cheese and poached rabbit saddle.
