Chardonnay sur-lie, late harvest, dry, 2019

Grapes from the vineyard with reduced harvest, the wine matured in a stainless steel tank on fine yeast with regular stirring for ten months. Light green-yellow wine with aroma and taste of citrus fruits, yellow melon, with a strong “bread roll”, with a taste of bisquite. The wine has a fresh, acidity, a strong fruity character and a slight remnant of sugar.

It goes well with dishes from various types of game, with ripe cheeses. Suitable as a sweet dessert with dark chocolate, as an aperitif and as a digestive.
