Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of light yellow to green-yellow color with aroma and taste of yellow citrus fruits, matured for ten months in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing on yeast, which further enriched it with aromas and flavors of biscuits. Wine with fresh, crisp acidity and interesting minerality.
Best with thicker soups, dishes with white meat and creamy sauces. It is also suitable to accompany pâtés and seafood.
