Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. The wine was then fermented and matured in yeast for a year in two different types of French barrels, where malolactic fermentation was also carried out. Wine of light yellow to golden yellow color with aroma and taste of citrus fruits, butter biscuits and bisquit with a fine aftertaste of cinnamon and vanilla and with a very well-integrated barrel. Wine with fresh acidity and interesting minerality.
For thicker soups, dishes with white meat and cream sauces. It is also suitable with pâtés and seafood.
