Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5°C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of green-yellow to golden color with intense, full, harmonious aroma and taste of pear, mango, acacia, citrus and hazelnut. It matured for ten months in stainless steel tanks. Wine with fresh, harmonic acid and residual sugar only 4.7 g/liter.


Best with cream sauces, veal stew with carrot and potato puree, harder ripe cheeses.
