Grapes from the vineyard with reduced yield processed by controlled fermentation technology including malolactic fermentation followed by aging of aged barrels from French oak Alier. Wine of red color with purple reflections, with high extract and very good viscosity. The smell of prunes and currant jam. Full taste with soft tannins.


Best with game in various modifications, mushroom dishes. It is also suitable with ripened cheeses with double mold.
