The grapes were harvested at -8 ° C in mid-January 2016 with the sugar content of 39°CNM. Wine of intense pink color with very low alcohol – 8.2% and with a residual sugar of 203 g/liter, which is very pleasantly harmonized with strong acidity. Intense aroma and taste of raspberries, blackberries, hazelnut.
Recommendation:
It is perfectly suited to festive occasions as an aperitif or with sweet desserts and ice cream sundaes.
