Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5°C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for four days. Wine of intense golden yellow color, spicy honey aroma, with a distinctive expression of tea rose, exotic aroma, tropical fruit. Fresh, harmonious, full-bodied wine with a long after-taste.

Recommendation:

Best with desserts, blue cheese or sheep or goat cheese. Great with spicy food, including Thai cuisine.
