Grapes from the vineyard with reduced harvest. Wine with a green-yellow color, with a spicy and honey aroma, with tones of rose, spices, cloves, licorice raisins and marzipan. It was fermented and matured for 36 months in barrel barrels with regular stirring on yeast, on which malolactic fermentation was carried out in a controlled manner with pure cultures of bacteria. Full, extractive, fresh, dry wine with a slight residual sugar, harmonic acidity with a very well incorporated barrel.

Recommendation:

For fish, vegetable pies, appetizers, pâtés and spicy dishes.
