Claret = white wine processed from Pinot noir grapes by their very fine pressing, without stemming and subsequent controlled fermentation. Wine of intense, yellow-green color with golden reflections, pure, strong aroma with tones of yellow fruit, overripe peaches or nectarines. Fresh wine with long after-taste and harmonious acidity and harmonious residual sugar.
Recommendation:
Best with pasta salad with chicken or light cheeses, leaf salads with seafood, or salad of fleshy tropical fruit.
