Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield, processed by controlled fermentation technology including malolactic fermentation with subsequent aging in older oak barrels. Cabernet tones are accompanied by cranberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. A wide range of fine, sweet tannins.

It is perfectly suited to double-molded cheeses, patés, pork schnitzels, grilled game.
