Cuvée STARÁ HORA, Moravian wine, 2021, dry

The grapes come from a vineyard with a reduced harvest and are processed by controlled fermentation technology, including malolactic fermentation. The basis of this wine are Pinots Noir grapes (clone 777), complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from our best vineyard in the Stará hora vineyard in Moravská Nová Ves, all with a sugar content of 24.2 st. CNM and higher. Ruby colour with brick reflections, distinctive aroma and taste with notes of ripe berry fruit. Unfiltered.

Recommendation:

Výborně se hodí ke zvěřině s dušenou zeleninou a bramborovým pyré. Ideální k měkkým zrajícím sýrům či sýrům typu Camembert a k pokrmům z hub.
