Cuvée KNĚŽSKÉ, Moravian regional wine, 2021, dry

The grapes come from the Kněžské vineyard in the Mikulčice wine-growing village with a reduced harvest, are processed by controlled fermentation technology, with 40% of the volume of this wine fermented and aged for 9 months in barrels of Seguin Moreau M+ Caucas, Seguin Moreau M+ Classic and Francois Freres M. The basis of this wine are grapes of Pinotu gris, followed by the Chardonnay variety and complemented by Sauvignon. All at 22.1 to 22.5 st. CNM.
The wine is greenish yellow in colour with pink highlights, with notes of yellow fruit, yellow melon, banana with a fine tannic finish. A subtle hint of toastiness.
