Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days. Wine of golden yellow color with bright straw reflections and very good viscosity. Pure intense aroma with a touch of fruit jam, overripe mango and lychee. The taste is very juicy, with distinct fruitiness of peach, apricot and dandelion honey. Wine with only 11% alcohol, with fresh acidity.
Best with cream sauces, veal stew with carrot and potato puree, ripe cheeses, desserts.
