Sauvignon CHARMAT brut

A premium sparkling wine, primary fermentation in barrels, aged for one year on all lees, sulfur-free, with secondary fermentation in a pressure tank (autoclave) at the Vinselekt Michlovský, a.s. winery, where bottling also takes place. A fresh wine with a distinctive varietal character. Aromas of yellow grapefruit, canned peaches, and black currants, complemented on the palate by citrus, wild berries, cherries, and yellow apples. Pairs well with leafy salads, fresh goat cheese, olives, and cottage cheese desserts.
