Rose wine, light salmon color, from the vineyard with reduced yield, with a delicate aroma of fresh raspberries or raspberry juice. More massive wine with higher alcohol, a little sugar and fresh acid.
Recommendation:
Suitable as an aperitif, great with aged cheeses, fruit sauces, fried tropical fruit, excellent to accompany Gorgonzola-type cheeses.
